Order and delivery flow

Open the AI Consulting page and choose a package.

Fill in the problem, device, existing AI tool/API account status, WeChat, and notes.

Create a pending-payment order and proceed to Alipay.

The order is marked paid only after Alipay async notification passes signature verification.

The success page shows the service WeChat. Add it and include the order number to confirm service time.

>If service time has not been confirmed after payment, you may request a refund or reschedule.
>After service time is confirmed, please contact at least 12 hours in advance to reschedule once for free.
>Cancelling within 12 hours of the scheduled start may deduct part of the service fee for reserved time.
>After service starts, full refunds are not supported because consulting, teaching, and remote support have been delivered.
>If Cloudborne cannot provide the agreed service, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
